(Self attested photocopies of all Educational/Experience certificate along with photo to be
attached with application form) is 23 Dec 2013. Interview will be conducted on 08 Jan 2014 from
0930 hrs at Station Headquarters (ECHS), Fort Saint George, Chennai -09. Candidate will bring
original certificate, photocopy of testimonials/experience, as applicable and one passport size
photograph at the time of interview. Individual placed on the reserve list can be appointed in any
other polyclinic if the vacancy arises subject to his willingness.
