VACANCY FOR HOUSE STAFF IN MJN HOSPITAL

Applications are hereby invited for 2(Two) vacant post of House Staff for the dental department at MJN Hospital, Cooch Behar in plain paper along with the biodata and all testimonials (Both original and attested duplicate copies) and 2 (Two) copies passport size recent photographs.

Engagement to the post will be made according to the eligibility of the candidate for a period of 1 (One) year in 2 six- monthly terms. Effect from 2nd January 2015 to 31st December 2015.

CRITERIA FOR HOUSE STAFF:
1. Selection will be made on the basis of merit and performance.
2. The interested candidate are requested to bring following documents both in original and
duplicate attested copy :-
a) Medical registration certificate.
b) All mark sheet of BDS.
c) Internship completion certificate.
d) Attempt certificate.
e) Madhyamik admit card / Birth certificate for age proof.

3. Age not be exceed 35 yrs on 31st March 2014.
4. Interns may apply.
5. Walk in interview will be held on 28th November 2014 at Office of the undersigned and
reporting time is 2 pm.
